Qualification & Experience : Full time B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from AICTE approved college. The candidate should have minimum 18 years post qualification practical experience in construction and maintenance of RCC multistoried hospitals, hotels, laboratories, office complex & housing colonies. Out of minimum required experience, atleast 09 years experience should be building construction. The candidate should have proficiency in estimation, budgeting tendering, CPWD work procedures, MS Office, project management, co-ordination with Civil, MEP & HVAC works. The candidate would be responsible for co-ordinating and organizing all the functions of construction & maintenance works of TMC. Candidates with less than 18 years but more than 10 years experience will be considered for next lower post.
