Pay Scale: PB-3 Rs. 10,300-34,800+Grade Pay Rs.5000/-


Essential Qualification:  (i) Possess  Degree or Diploma in Architecture from a recognized Institution. OR (ii) Has passed Intermediate examination in Architecture leading to Degree or Diploma referred to in (i)  above. OR (iii) Intermediate examination in Town Planning from a recognized University/ Institution or equivalent. OR (iv) Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering and has three years experience in drawing work in the Town  Planning or Architectural Organisation or under a qualified Town Planner/ Architect after passing either of  the examination.  OR (v)       Degree/ National Diploma in Architecture/ Landscape Architecture.   OR (vi) Master‟s Degree in Sociology/ Economics/ Geography followed by Degree/ Diploma in Town and  Country Planning from a recognized Institution/ University. Desirable Qualification: - (a) Post graduate Degree/ Diploma in Town Planning/ Urban Design/ Landscape  Architecture.                                            b)   Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of H.P. and suitability for  appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh.
