1st Class Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from a recognized University / Institute.
Or
1st Class Master’s Degree in Computer Application.
Or
Associate Member of Institution of Engineers (India) by examination in Computer Engineering with 60% marks in aggregate in Sections ‘A’ and ‘B’ after passing 3 Years Diploma in Computer Engineering in first division.
II. Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric Standard.
Or
