Qualification: 

1st Class Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering / Electronics and Communication Engineering or Technology from a recognized University / Institute.
Or
Associate Member of Institution of Engineers (India) by examination in Electronics Engineering / Electronics and Communication Engineering with 60% marks in aggregate in Sections ‘A’ and ‘B’ after passing Three Years Diploma in Electronics Engineering / Electronics and Communication Engineering in first division.
II. Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric Standard.
