Pay Scale: Assistant Professor - PB-3 (with starting basic pay of Rs. 30000) with grade pay of 8000/-
Minimum Qualifications:
Ph.D. with 60% (there will be 5% relaxation for SC/ST candidates) or equivalent in post
graduation/graduation in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout. An outstanding professional, working in Industry with established reputation and having made significant contribution to knowledge but not having a Ph.D degree, could also be considered in exceptional case.

Experience: Assistant Professor (CS): This is not a regular cadre of the Institute. Ph.D. without adequate experience are eligible for the post of Assistant Professor (CS).
