Qualification:
FOR ASSISTANT ENGINEER (CIVIL):- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineer from a recognized Institution.  Only persons who were Assistant Engineer or above at the time of their retirement from Central/State  PWD Department /Public SectorUndertaking are eligible for ASSISTANT ENGINEER POSTFOR JUNIOR ENGINEER (CIVIL)- Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineer from a recognized  Institution. Only persons who were  Junior Engineer or above at the time of their retirement from Central/State PWD Department /Public SectorUndertaking are eligible for JUNIOR ENGINEER POST.

Remuneration and other conditions:
Consolidated remuneration of Rs.28,000/- per month for Assistant Engineer and Rs. 21,000/- per month for Junior Engineer.  No other allowances are admissible.

Desirable: Experience in handling laboratory in an educational institute/ R & D laboratory/ research organization.
